Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing executive-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of UK employment legislation with practical exposure to Ireland, Germany and France highly desirable. Proven capability managing employee relations matters in multiple jurisdictions. Experience implementing talent, succession, performance and leadership frameworks.
