Corporate Development Director - Mergers and Acquisitions - up to £140,000 and bonus The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a leading data services organisation to assist them in their search for a Mergers and Acquisitions focussed Corporate Development Director. Offered on a hybrid working basis (2 days in London and 3 days working remotely) As the Corporate Development Director, you will lead all aspects of mergers and acquisitions (MandA) activity, driving growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Areas of responsibility will include: • Opportunity Identification • Deal Sourcing - • Due Diligence - ( financial, operational, legal, and regulatory aspects of transactions) • Negotiation and Deal Structuring • Stakeholder Management - • Post-Merger Integration Additionally you ll play a central role in shaping the future direction and competitive position of the organisation, with the autonomy to influence at a senior level. To be successful in this role, you must have: • Significant experience of end-to-end mergers and acquisitions lifecycle.
