Here at Orchard we are recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a leading caravan construction facility in the Hull area. Key Responsibilities: Policy Leadership: Develop and maintain all HandS policies to ensure full UK legislative compliance. Risk Management: Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections across the factory. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents or near misses and implement preventative measures. Training: Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety guidance to all levels of the production team. Compliance: Maintain all safety records and manage fire safety/emergency planning procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify hazards and implement practical improvements.
