We''re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded consultancy that''s built an excellent reputation within the water compliance sector. Due to continued growth, they''re looking to appoint an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their London team.

The Role

You''ll be carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties, producing detailed reports and providing practical recommendations to help clients remain compliant.

Typical duties include:

• Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with current industry guidance.
• Producing clear, accurate electronic reports.
• Identifying compliance issues and potential Legionella risks.
• Inspecting domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Providing practical remedial recommendations.
• Liaising professionally with clients and site contacts.
• Supporting clients with ongoing compliance advice where appropriate.

What We''re Looking For

To be considered, you''ll ideally have:

• A recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (City & Guilds, BOHS P901, WMSoc or equivalent).
• Previous experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments independently.
• A good understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
