Contract Manager Passive Fire Safety Projects- Social Housing£70,000-£80,000 plus package (dependant on experience) plus car allowance My client are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to head up a long term contract and join the business in an exciting period of growth. Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Fire Safety and Planned Maintenance schemes across London and Essex. Projects that are being delivered will be across low and high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client. The Role;Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO''s and subcontractors. You will report directly in to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successful The Candidate;The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing fire safety contracts. Strong knowledge of projrects on HRB and managing construction phase plans.
