Your new Job In your role asAccounts Assistant, you will maintain the purchase ledger,ensuring invoices match purchase orders and delivery notes, and process theminto the system. You will reconcilesupplier balances to statements, prepare supplier payments for authorisation,process bank transactions, and reconcile bank accounts. You will also maintainthe sales ledger and credit control function by processing sales invoices andchasing outstanding debts, assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
