Internal Sales Coordinator
Our client is a successful manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Royston. They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave (12 months). This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and coordination experience. A key part of the position will involve scheduling appointments for the external sales team, so excellent diary management skills and a good understanding of UK geography are essential. Main duties will include: Answering customer enquiries via phone and email Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the external sales team across the UK Managing diaries and ensuring efficient route planning and appointment allocation Promoting new products via outbound calls and email campaigns Providing technical product information and advice to customers Responding to customer queries quickly and professionally Processing customer information accurately and maintaining internal systems Providing general sales administration and team support The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in diary management, scheduling or appointment coordination Strong customer service experience within a busy office environment Good geographical knowledge of the UK and confidence planning schedules efficiently Excellent ..... full job details .....
