Roles and Responsibilities of a Senior Design ManagerLead and manage the design process for construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate design deliverable.Review and approve design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and company standards.Be solely responsible for the design of multiple projects across the West Midlands. Requirements of a Senior Design ManagerProven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within the construction industry.Experience in the education, healthcare, or high-rise sectors managing multiple projects valued between 500k - 5m.
