ADHD Nurse - Band 5 Location: Remote / HybridContract Type: FlexibleSalary: CompetitiveHours: To Be ConfirmedStart Date: As soon as possible About the Role We are recruiting a Band 5 ADHD Nurse to support a growing ADHD clinic service, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and ongoing support for patients with ADHD. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with an interest in neurodevelopmental services and mental health to develop their experience within a supportive and flexible clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Support ADHD assessment and follow-up clinics Assist with patient monitoring, reviews, and care coordination Undertake physical health observations and medication monitoring where appropriate Provide patient and family education regarding ADHD management and treatment pathways Support clinicians with clinical documentation and care planning Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinical governance standards Liaise with GPs, schools, mental health teams, and wider multidisciplinary services Provide compassionate, patient-centred support throughout the treatment pathway What We''re Looking For Registered Nurse with current NMC registration Experience within mental health, CAMHS, neurodevelopmental, or community services Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate and patient-focused approach Desirable ..... full job details .....
