Key Responsibilities Administer and support IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus (NOI) Manage ObjectServers, Probes, Gateways and WebGUI Maintain monitoring, alerting, correlation and suppression rules Support platform upgrades, patching and life cycle management Investigate incidents, platform failures and integration issues Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements Support ServiceNow and third-party tool integrations Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency Work with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Application teams Maintain platform documentation, standards and procedures Key Skills andamp; Experience Strong experience with IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus (NOI) Hands-on experience with ObjectServers, Probes, Gateways and WebGUI Event management, alert correlation and suppression expertise Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms ServiceNow integration experience Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, Perl or similar) Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills ITIL knowledge and experience working in operational environments ..... full job details .....
