We are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Quality Inspector to join a busy manufacturing/production environment.This is a hands-on quality role where you will be responsible for ensuring manufactured components and products meet the required quality standards throughout the production process. You will carry out First-Off, In-Process and Last-Off inspections, identifying any non-conformances and working closely with production teams to maintain consistently high standards.The successful candidate must be happy and flexible to work a shift pattern and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Carry out First-Off inspections to confirm components meet specifications before production continues.Perform regular In-Process inspections throughout manufacturing to ensure quality standards are maintained.Complete Last-Off inspections at the end of production runs.Inspect components against engineering drawings, specifications and defined tolerances.Use appropriate measuring and inspection equipment to verify dimensional accuracy.Accurately record inspection results and maintain relevant quality documentation.Identify, report and help manage non-conforming products.Raise quality concerns promptly and communicate findings effectively with production, engineering and management teams.Support investigations into quality issues and contribute to corrective actions where required.Ensure inspection equipment is used correctly and ..... full job details .....
