Registered Home Manager / RGN

We are currenly recruiting for a Registered Home Manager / RGN for a 49 bed care home in the Newport Gwent area.

Principle Duties.

• Meet all regulatory and national standards
• Conduct the home in such a way as to not bring the home or its residents into disrepute, maintain confidentiallity rearding all aspects of the home.
• Maintain home policies and procedures including Health & Safety for all staff & residents.
• Staff training
• Record keepig and updating
• Identify the learning needs of the residents and staff providing ongoing assessments.
• Prepare staff rotas.
• Arrange and chair staff and resident meetings.
• Manage complaints in a sensitive manner.
• Supervise admissions.
• Ensure full bed occupancy.
• Stock controls
• Consider budget & finance constraints.
• Develop team work.
• Uphold public trust in in nursing & social care standards.
