We are looking to recruit a

Residential Conveyancer

to join the Residential Conveyancing team within Brabners’ Real Estate Group. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience required to undertake residential conveyancing work.Responsibilities

Dealing with high net worth clients.All aspects of residential conveyancing.Dealing with “non-standard” residential property transactions.Working closely with the private client team to service the residential property requirements of existing clients.Providing a bespoke personal service to clients.Qualifications

5 years + experience in residential conveyancing work.Numerate, good verbal reasoning and excellent attention to detail.An astute problem solver.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Ability to work well with clients, external consultants and colleagues.Benefits
