RG Consultancy is working closely with a reputable company based in Central Manchester, who are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive business offering flexibility and a strong work-life balance.Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the sales ledgerChasing outstanding debt via phone, email, and written communicationAllocating payments and reconciling customer accountsInvestigating and resolving invoice queriesBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal departmentsProducing aged debt reports and assisting with month-end reportingSupporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as neededRequirements
Previous experience in a credit control roleExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage a busy workloadExperience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting softwareBenefits
