You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully from both a financial and contractual perspective.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the commercial function across multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects.Managing, mentoring and developing a commercial team.Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, valuations and cost reporting.Preparing and negotiating contracts, subcontracts and commercial agreements.Managing variations, claims, compensation events and final accounts.Identifying and mitigating commercial risks throughout project lifecycles.Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.Providing strategic commercial guidance to senior management.What you''ll need ..... full job details .....
