Assistant SENCo - requirements Ideally you will be: Experienced in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Knowledgeable about SEND provision, with a clear understanding of inclusive teaching and learning strategies Experienced in SEND Admin - such as submitting applications and writing plans. Able to work effectively with staff, students, parents and external agencies. A positive role model, demonstrating patience, empathy and professionalism. Enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school.
