Civils Supervisor / Clerk of Works Infrastructure (Roads and Sewers) - Trowbridge, Wiltshire Our client has been providing independent site inspection services since 1997, delivering flexible, evidence-led Clerk of Works and NEC Supervisor input across a wide range of construction projects. Over more than 20 years, they have consistently added value by identifying issues during construction that may otherwise have gone unnoticed, including the use of sub-standard materials, departures from accepted good practice, and workmanship or coordination issues that could result in future maintenance liabilities or additional cost. They are now seeking an experienced Clerk of Works / NEC Supervisor to support a major infrastructure project in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, focused on roads, drainage and associated civils works. The Appointment: Start: February (approx.)Duration: Circa 3 years (subject to programme and phasing)Commitment: 2 days per week (with some flexibility to increase during key stages if required)Status: Part-time, client-side site inspection role There may be opportunities for additional work on other regional infrastructure projects as the scheme progresses.
