Registered Manager
Location: Swindon Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per year We are recruiting a Registered Manager to take ownership of the operational leadership of a regulated care service. This role carries overall accountability for care quality, compliance, and the effective management of teams, ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent, and person-focused support. About the Role The Registered Manager will hold responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, working in partnership with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory standards are upheld, operational performance remains strong, and a positive culture is embedded across the service. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for operational delivery, including care provision, staffing, transitions, and administrative oversight. Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding standards, and internal policies. Lead and develop teams through effective supervision, coaching, and performance management. Maintain oversight of care documentation, risk management, reviews, and collaborative working with external professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for commissioners, local authorities, families, and partner organisations. Oversee financial controls, ensuring resources are managed responsibly and in line with agreed budgets.
