HandS Advisor / AdministratorLocation: LeicestershireSalary: 30,000 per annumHours: Days, Monday to FridayBenefits: Company CarJob Type: PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an HandS Advisor to join a growing manufacturing business based in Leicestershire.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional looking to develop their career within a multi-site manufacturing environment.Working closely with the HSE Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day Health and Safety support across multiple sites, helping to maintain high standards of compliance and promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the HSE Coordinator with the implementation and maintenance of Health and Safety standards across multiple sites.Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety checks.Assist with risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments.Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations.Help identify areas for improvement and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.Provide Health and Safety guidance and support to employees and management.Assist with maintaining HandS documentation, records and compliance systems.Support the delivery of toolbox talks, inductions and safety training.Monitor compliance with company policies and relevant Health and Safety legislation.Travel between sites as required to provide hands-on HandS support.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally ..... full job details .....
