Job Title: 1:1 SEN Tutor (Full-Time Availability) Location: Croydon, London Contract Type: Full-Time Salary: 25- 35 per hourAbout the Role: We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced 1:1 SEN Tutor to provide personalised support to students with special educational needs in the Croydon area. This is a full-time position, ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for inclusive education and a strong track record of working with children who require additional support.Key Responsibilities:Deliver 1:1 tuition tailored to the individual learning needs of the studentsSupport students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH and speech and language difficultiesImplement EHCP strategies and work collaboratively with schools, families, and external agenciesTrack progress and adapt learning plans to ensure ongoing developmentProvide both academic and emotional support, helping build confidence and independenceRequirements:Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a 1:1 or small group settingRelevant teaching or tutoring qualifications (e.g., QTS, HLTA, PGCE, or equivalent)Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, nurturing and adaptable approachFull-time availability (Monday-Friday, during school hours)Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please ''APPLY NOW'' and you will be ..... full job details .....
