This isn''t that role. We''re looking for a confident, technically strong Lead Electrical Engineer who isn''t afraid to speak up, challenge decisions and take control when the team needs direction. You''ll be the second-in-command within the electrical team working closely with the senior leadership team and helping drive the technical direction, standards and performance of the group. WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Lead and develop the electrical engineering team Be the technical voice in the room Take ownership of complex electrical design projects ️ Challenge, influence and make decisions Mentor and push engineers to perform at their best Work closely with clients and project teams Support the growth of the electrical team and workload Step up and take the lead when senior management aren''t in the room We''re looking for someone who can command a room without needing to shout someone with the technical credibility and personality to get engineers moving in the same direction.
