Key Responsibilities Lead and support the pastoral care of a designated year group. Monitor and improve student attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external agencies. Support safeguarding and student welfare initiatives. Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure positive outcomes. Promote the highest standards of conduct, achievement, and engagement.
