Responsibilities: As a Credit Control Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Credit Controller.Your key responsibilities will include:Update internal systems with detailed notes and ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded.Conduct first-stage calls and send follow-up emails to clients using pre-approved templates.Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments or patterns of concern, escalating issues to the Senior Credit Controller when necessary.Contact clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to recover outstanding debts in line with company procedures.Maintain accurate records of all credit control and debt recovery activities.Use Excel and Qube to manage data, track payments, and ensure account information remains up to date.
