The role supports the business to continue operating as it continues to scale up. What You''ll Do: Ensure the day-to-day running of the Operations department is smooth. Resolve all Operations Helpdesk requests quickly and effectively. Ensure a Gold Medal Winning office environment - ensuring a high level of organisation is maintained. Support Operations Executives and Operations Manager. Perform weekly stock inventories on office consumables - reporting stock levels and orders. Act as EMJ receptionist for all guests - including interview attendees. Admin tasks - collecting and distributing post and deliveries, ensuring consumables are collected and kept topped up. Drive efficiency and cost savings through accurate reporting. Assist with ad-hoc Operational tasks and events including Quarterly planning, Christmas party and Summer Ball. Who You Are: Previous experience in an operational/administrative environment (desirable but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A proactive and hands-on attitude. Confident with IT systems (Outlook, Excel etc).
