The Role Creating opportunities using solution/value-based selling to meet the new business requirements of the Yate Sales Strategy and integrating these customers into the business on a site and regional level. Managing a selection of important existing customers maximising volume, profitability and engraining Smurfit Westrock as their development partner. Main Duties Agree sales strategy with Sales Director Identify and win new business prospects in accordance with this strategy Meet agreed targets for this new business growth Establish and develop relationships with new business prospects in addition to maintaining and developing existing key accounts Understand the customer s business model and processes to identify new opportunities for Smurfit Westrock to add value to the customer Manage new accounts brought into the business to ensure customers and business expectations are achieved and exceeded Active involvement in marketing and promotional ..... full job details .....
