Senior Associate – Restructuring (Non-Contentious, Transactional and Advisory)This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restructuring lawyer to join a highly regarded insolvency / restructuring team in Manchester, focusing exclusively on non-contentious / transactional and advisory work.The opportunity

Our client’s restructuring team is widely recognised for providing a full service to insolvency practitioners, banks and funders, corporate entities and investors. The team handles a balanced mix of transactional, advisory, and contentious matters – but this role will focus exclusively on transactional and advisory matters.The Work

Transactional work : Acting on behalf of administrators, liquidators, trustees and receivers in the sale / purchase of businesses and assets. You’ll be involved from appointment through pre-pack or trading sales, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes.Advisory work : Supporting boards and businesses in distress, advising on restructuring strategies, refinancing and debt advisory.You will also advise on:Pre-pack insolvency transactions, including deal structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents;stakeholder management;Board support assignments, delivering practical and strategic guidance to directors and corporate entities facing financial difficulty.About You

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE (Associate or Senior Associate level).Strong background in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency transactions.Confident advising a range of stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, corporates, lenders and investors.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.Why Apply?
