General Maintenance Operative (Mobile) Location: Leeds Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: Up to 30,000 + call out rate at 1 in 4 weeksWe are currently recruiting a Mobile General Maintenance Operative (GMO) to support a public sector contract based in Leeds. This is a hands-on role carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance, with responsibility for first-response repairs and site support.Key Responsibilities of the General Maintenance Operative role:Planned and reactive maintenance across the fabric and limited engineering assetsRepairs to floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, and fittingsPainting, decorating, and general upkeepFirst response to toilets, leaks, and blockagesLegionella duties, including tap temperature checks and flushingPlant room inspections and AHU filter changesEscorting contractors and monitoring works on siteUpdating CAFM systems and closing PPM/reactive tasks in line with SLAsFollowing all health and safety procedures, including RAMS and PPEAssisting engineering teams as requiredThe successful General Maintenance Operative will haveGood knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and/or painting and decoratingDetail-focused with high standards of workmanshipFull UK driving licenceNVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Carpentry, or Decorating (desirable) Please contact Chrissie at the Derby office for more informationSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support ..... full job details .....
