Our focus includes appropriate medication management and meaningful activities for all residents.You will work closely with our care team and liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.As a Nurse, your responsibilities include assessing residents'' needs, creating care plans, and ensuring medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. You will administer medication safely, with additional training provided to ensure competency.Supporting and developing the care staff is a key part of your role. You should be a team player, passionate about fostering a team ethos.Applicants must have a current NMC registration, a good knowledge of clinical practices, experience in care planning, and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
