This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of issues, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.You will be responsible for managing customer and internal financial queries from initial investigation through to resolution, ensuring all issues are handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
