About the role We are seeking a committed and compassionate Specialist Mental Health and Wellbeing Mentor to enhance our whole-college approach to mental health. In this pivotal role, you will provide early intervention, targeted support and wellbeing guidance to our learners, while contributing to staff development and supporting the delivery of the Youth Trailblazer Programme. You will work closely with students aged 16-25, offering 1:1 and group interventions, completing holistic assessments and providing support for those experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges.
