You''ll work closely with Directors and Leadership Teams to identify people priorities, implement workforce solutions, and support the delivery of long-term organisational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Directors and senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic people plans.Lead on organisational change initiatives, restructures and complex employee relations matters.Use workforce data, analytics and insights to influence decision-making and drive performance improvements.Coach, mentor and influence senior leaders on people management best practice.Support employee engagement, workforce planning and the delivery of the Council''s People Strategy.Develop strong relationships with Trade Unions and support consultation and negotiation ..... full job details .....
