Very interesting and varied role.Role scope:In-process testing of all components within the QC Department Completion of incoming goods testingQualification of all biological reagents e.g. antibodies, antigens and stock conjugatesFinal integral and control release testing for liaisonCompilation and release of integrals, including assignment of cut off factor and programming of RF tags for assemblyEvaluation and analysis of QC results including completion of trend reviewsCompletion of stability testing according to pre-approved plansPost market surveillance activitiesSupport Investigations for both Internal issues and External complaintsCompilation of in-process testing reports to send back to manufacturingParticipate in internal/external auditsTo complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner highlighting issues to Line Manager as soon as they occurComply will all Company procedures governing the roleLiaise with various Business Stakeholders to ensure an uninterrupted supply of QC panels and other auxiliary componentsParticipate and contribute to the Operational Excellence activities at the site aiming for continuous improvementApproach the role in a flexible manner, and be prepared to adapt to requirements ..... full job details .....
