CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (Milling)

to join their night shift team based in

Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce aerospace-grade components.Interpret technical drawings and cutting patterns to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste.Ensure all products are handled and identified in line with internal procedures and customer specifications.Maintain accurate records using computer-based stock control systems.Support the training and development of other operatives.Promote and maintain safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation.Qualifications

EssentialProven experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating (milling).Strong understanding of raw materials and machining processes.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.PC literate and confident with documentation and stock control systems.Self-motivated, diligent, and quality-focused.DesirableCounterbalance forklift licence.Machine maintenance experience.Background in aerospace or precision engineering.Core Attributes
