Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Birkenhead (and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: £16.80 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team working across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties.
* Hedge cutting, grass cutting and strimming.
* Operating mowers, strimmers and other grounds maintenance equipment.
* Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard across residential sites.

Requirements:

* Previous grounds maintenance experience is essential.
* Experience working within social housing is preferred.
* Full UK driving licence is desirable, unless you are based close to the St Helens or Birkenhead office.
