This is an excellent opportunity for a mid- to senior-level lawyer to work at the heart of a fast-paced, international business and contribute to the strategic legal and regulatory initiatives shaping the companys future.This is a broad in-house role offering exposure to complex business transactions, regulatory implementation, and legal risk management.Providing legal guidance and expertise across European business operations, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and commercial agreements.Advising on day-to-day legal matters and responding to ad hoc legal queries from various business stakeholders.Collaborating with global and regional teams to assess and implement new regulatory requirements.Reviewing internal policies and processes to identify and mitigate legal risk.Leading or supporting legal aspects of business initiatives, product development, and operational projects.Working closely with other key functions and internal stakeholders across EMEA, the US, and Asia.Trained with a City law firm or having in-house experience with asset management.A strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures and the regulatory landscape affecting financial services businesses.Competitive salary plus bonusExposure to complex international legal and regulatory matters within asset management.Opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand.Employment type
