About the role As HR and Recruitment administrator you will work with the HR and Recruitment Manager to make sure staff have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to safely meet the needs of the business in line with CQC regulations. Be the main point of contact for each vacancy, receiving requests for application packs, answering any queries relating to the role and ensure that all packs are sent out. As well as all recruitment related responsibilities, you will also assist the HR and Recruitment manager with audits, compliance and HR checks as well as carry out new starter supervisions. The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge in the adult health and social care sector, experience in recruitment or customer service.
