Staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils feel safe, supported and engaged throughout their learning journey.The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be working on a 1:1 basis with a child in Reception who has been diagnosed with Autism / ASD. The role will involve supporting the child throughout the school day from 8:30am until 3:30pm, helping with engagement, routine, communication and social development.The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:Experience supporting children with Autism / ASDPrevious experience working within a primary school settingA patient, nurturing and adaptable approachStrong communication and behaviour management skillsA genuine passion for supporting children with additional needsThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamIn return ..... full job details .....
