Service Desk Analyst 3-Month Contract Gloucestershire Are you an experienced Service Desk or IT Support professional looking for your next contract opportunity?We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team in Gloucestershire on an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing first-line support, resolving technical issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to users across the organisation.Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests through Service Desk systems.Support users with hardware, software, account administration and access-related issues.Liaise with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of incidents.Assist with IT projects and service improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with operational procedures. What We''re Looking For Essential Experience in a Service Desk, IT Support or similar technical support role.NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant role.ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) or equivalent qualification.Good standard of education, including English and Mathematics.Strong Microsoft Office and keyboard skills.Experience using Service Desk, incident management or service request management tools.Excellent organisational and administrative skills.Strong verbal, written and telephone communication ..... full job details .....
