This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and can hit the ground running, supporting senior stakeholders, clients, and trustee boards. Pensions experience is helpful but not essential. Strong administrators from corporate, financial services, or consulting environments are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting and Governance SupportPrepare trustee board and committee meeting agendasSchedule and organise meetings across multiple stakeholdersDistribute papers, reports and key documentationTake accurate minutes and maintain records of decisionsTrack actions and ensure timely follow-upCoordination and CommunicationAct as a key contact between trustees, advisers, and service providersCoordinate with actuaries, auditors, legal advisers and consultantsManage communications across multiple stakeholdersAdministration and ReportingMaintain governance documentation and recordsManage conflicts of interest registers and training logsSupport the preparation of client reportsEnsure all documents are accurate, well-written and professionally presentedWhat We''re Looking ForThis role requires someone confident, ..... full job details .....
