We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Early Years Teacher to challenge and support boys with Autism and/or Social and Emotional Mental Health Issues from Reception to Year 1Day-to-day of the role:Secure high standards of teaching and learning within the classroom.Provide a disciplined and stimulating learning environment where all pupils feel safe and can succeed.Be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working with pupils with Autism.Lead interventions and strategies for ASC/BESD pupils.Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.Monitor, assess, and record student progress, promoting a culture of high expectations.Contribute to the development and enhancement of schemes of work.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).Experience in delivering the primary curriculum.Proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally with a focus on SEMH.Ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire pupils to achieve and succeed.Strong classroom management skills.Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the rural location of the school.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive school environment.To apply for ..... full job details .....
