Due to continued growth within our Prepared foods division, we are looking for 1 Section Manager for our RTC area and 1 Section Manager for our Despatch area. Both roles are important in the smooth running of the operation, and both come with different job requirements and responsibilities. Shift pattern: Sunday - Thursday Hours: 19.00 - finish Salary: RTC Section Manager 44,775 per annum. Despatch Section Manager 42,161 per annum What you will be doing? Manage all processes in your area to meet targets set by the business and to meet BRC, TFS, SMETA and other audit criteria. Oversee and lead all production in your area Labour planning and cost control (including agency workers) Manage the team in your working area (size of team depends on area) Drive profitability of production operation Understand and implement allergen awareness and controls (RTC only) Continuous Improvement Manage customer service levels to agreed targets What we want from you?
