This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, where you will be key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across the site.

• Quickly diagnose faults and carry out repairs to reduce downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they affect production.
• Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement and maximise equipment reliability.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report on work completed.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment as required.
• Comply with health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

To apply for the maintenance engineering position located in Boston, Lincolnshire you will need to have some experience working as a maintenance engineer, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, plastics, FMCG or similar environment.

• Mechanical bias preferred; however, multi-skilled candidates with electrical experience will also be considered.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work a 3-shift pattern covering days and nights, Monday to Friday.
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Relevant engineering qualifications or apprenticeships are desirable.
