Cambian Dilston College is an independent specialist provider of further education in the North East of England, offering 38-week, 52-week residential as well as day placements for young people with learning difficulties, Autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs. The young people that attend our college range between 16 and 25 years of age. The role This is a Senior Leadership position within Dilston College, leading a large education team including Tutors, Teaching Assistants, Inclusion Officer and Curriculum Lead to innovate and improve quality of the provision. The Head of Education will be working alongside the Principal, Head of Care and Leadership team to develop the quality of our provision, staff teams'' skills and abilities to deliver our college intent, working collaboratively to equip our students with the knowledge, skills and personal resilience that will prepare them for their best possible adult life.
