Internal Sales Manager

My client are looking for a proactive and driven Internal Sales Manager / SDR Manager to lead and develop their Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, build predictable outbound pipelines, and support growth through high-quality lead generation.Role Overview As the Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 SDRs, setting and tracking performance KPIs, refining outreach strategies, and aligning lead generation efforts with the company''s commercial goals. You''ll be hands-on with coaching, reporting, and optimising our sales development processes to maximise efficiency and conversion.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Coaching Sales Strategy and Execution o Develop and iterate outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase conversion rates. Performance Management o Own and track key metrics: outreach activity, conversion rates, meetings booked, opportunity pipeline. Process and Tools Collaboration and Feedback LoopsRequirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or SDR management role. Selling a service would be ideal Proven ability to coach and develop junior sales professionals. Experience managing outbound lead generation in a service/consultancy-based business. Strong understanding of sales development metrics and CRM tools. Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills.
