You''ll play a key role in supporting early learning and development, both inside the classroom and through targeted group work. Your week will be split between:2 days working in-class as a Reception Early Years Practitioner, supporting high-quality provision and play-based learning.3 days delivering small group interventions and targeted activities across Reception, helping to boost language, phonics, and early number skills.
