Day-to-day of the role: Support our busy Commercial Property team in handling a broad range of matters including landlord and tenant transactions, property finance, acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and management, regearing, rent reviews, and property aspects of corporate transactions.Work closely with Partners, Legal Directors, Solicitors, and Trainees on high-value and complex matters across various sectors.Develop expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years'' experience in commercial property law.Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.Strong client care and communication skills.Proactive approach to business development and networking.Experience working with corporate teams on property aspects of business transactions is desirable.An existing client following would be highly advantageous.
