Customer Technical Manager

Role: Customer Technical Manager Location: Spalding Salary: 50,000 The client is a leading food manufacturing business in the Spalding area, and due to a restructuring on the site, they are looking for a Customer Technical Manager to join their Technical team, reporting directly into the Head of Technical. This role would suit someone who has Technical leadership experience within a Chilled Food Manufacturer, with a proven track record of delivery. You will be working closely with both customers and suppliers, as well as the internal teams, so strong communication skills are a must. The Role: Lead and manage all elements of internal and external audits. Provide comprehensive up to date audit data Train and mentor, the internal audit team and manage these audits to ensure they are completed in full and on time according to the schedule. To provide a class leading account management service to our customers and the business. To build a trusted relationship with our customers. Cement the technical-commercial relationship internally and externally. Key Responsibilities and Duties: To organise, lead, conduct, follow up, liaise with the business, implement corrective actions based on the 5 Whys technique of root cause analysis and close all customer and external audits off in a timely manner.
