As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants. Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications Oversee customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
