Maintenance Person- Electrical Bias 
Monday - Friday with flexible daytime hours - 42.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Execute general maintenance tasks, including the repair and upkeep of equipment, machinery, fire exits, and smoke alarms.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the optimal functioning of electrical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections to proactively identify potential maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines and budgets.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Preferred experience in general and/or electrical maintenance.
• Must possess an electrical qualification with familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
• Essential knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and basic plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and instruction manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with professionalism in interactions with staff and clients.
