What the Head of Sales – Europe involves:

The Head of Sales - Europe is a senior, hands-on European sales leadership role responsible for driving growth across the region. You’ll lead an experienced team of Regional Sales Managers, develop and execute the European sales strategy, strengthen and optimise the distributor and channel network, and identify the markets, customers and applications with the greatest growth potential. The role requires significant time in the field, working directly with customers, partners and end users while ensuring the sales team is focused on the highest-value opportunities.

Requirements of the Head of Sales - Europe

• Proven track record of driving sales growth within a technical, engineering or industrial B2B environment.
• Experience developing and delivering regional or multi-country sales strategies, ideally across Europe.
• Strong understanding of distributor and channel partner models, including assessing and developing partner performance.
• A hands-on commercial leader with experience engaging directly with end users and selling consultative, technical solutions.
• Strong people leadership and cultural awareness, with the ability to lead, coach and challenge sales teams across multiple countries and territories.
